TEE-TIME BOOKING FOR GOLF CLUBS
When popular tee times go in seconds, members are left frustrated. BallChute gives your club an online waiting room, where members take turns to book an available time for their group.
HOW BALLCHUTE WORKS
A busy release shouldn’t mean repeated refreshing, frantic clicking and calls to the club office. BallChute manages who books next, gives each member time to choose, and produces the completed tee sheet for your club.
For club managers, competition secretaries and handicap secretaries, it is a practical way to organise high-demand member booking. Members get a clear turn to choose, with less pressure to navigate the booking sheet in seconds.
Request a pilotChoose the playing date, available times, group size and when members can join the waiting room.
Members sign in, join the release and add their playing partners. The page keeps them updated while they wait.
Choose from the available tee times and confirm your group. The club can view and download the completed tee sheet.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Instead of everyone competing on the booking sheet at once, members enter a waiting room and choose from the available times when called. Each booking turn has a time limit set by the club. This gives members space to make their choice, including those who are less confident online. It does not create extra tee times or guarantee everyone the same outcome.
BallChute is a service for golf clubs managing their members’ booking releases, including busy weekend and competition tee times. Your club sets up the release and invites eligible members. It is not a service for buying priority access to another club’s tee times. Try the member demo to see the process.
No. Standalone BallChute gives your club its own site, member registration and booking queue. The completed tee sheet is emailed to your nominated club official and is available to download.
Yes. Your club sets the maximum group size for each release, up to four players. A four-player group means you and three eligible playing partners. Proposed groups may overlap, but each player can receive only one booking in a release.
Their ticket, party and queue position are saved on the server. They can reconnect or reload the page without starting again. The club's booking-time limit still applies once their ticket is called.
No. When demand exceeds supply, some preferred times will still be taken. Members choose from the times available when they are called, with a set amount of time to complete their booking.
